Case studies may be developed in conjunction with our clients, and may use either the clients' proprietary models and methodologies, or draw from transactions with which the client has been involved.

Consultancy

BG Consultants have wide ranging expertise in developing, auditing and refining financial/valuation models for our clients. All consultants have practical line experience with financial institutions and specifically in the LBO and M&A areas. Therefore, any models designed will reflect the latest standards in valuation/financial analysis as well as Excel. Modelling consultancy can be linked in with subsequent training for the end-users to ensure effective use of the models and evaluation of the results.
