Annalisa is an experienced banker with strong expertise in the valuation of the different types of financial institutions, including banks, life insurance and non-life insurance companies.

Annalisa was educated at Bocconi University, graduating in Economics in 1996. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Annalisa worked for Mitchell Madison Group, a strategic consulting company specialising in the financial institutions sector.

In the FIG group of Deutsche Bank, Annalisa participated in several transactions covering pension funds, mortgage companies and life and non-life insurance companies.

More recently, Annalisa developed a focus in bancassurance transactions in Southern Europe, contributing to the origination of several deals.

Annalisa specialises in training company valuation and financial modelling.

Annalisa is a CFA charterholder.
