Marion Storm
Consultant

Marion started working in project finance with National Power in 1993, where she was part of different project teams developing power stations in India and Pakistan. Since then, she has added transport, hospitals, water and shipping to her fields of expertise. Her latest assignment, in March 2007, was to assess the economics of the 2006 Dubai International Film Festival.

Before project finance, Marion had responsibility for IT training in National Power, having had several years experience of both computer and management training for the CEGB.

She graduated with a first in Applied Mathematics from St Andrews University in 1979 and gained a PhD in Theoretical Physics from Glasgow University in 1982. While working full time, she gained an MBA specialising in Finance from Imperial College.

Marion is also a visiting lecturer with the University of Hertfordshire; she has developed and delivered many training courses in financial modelling and in power finance for bankers and other corporate professionals.
