Rob Farmer
Consultant

Rob is a chartered management accountant and an experienced banker with expertise in the valuation of the different types of financial institutions.

Rob graduated from Oxford University in 1997 with a Masters degree in Physics. After a brief spell working for Wolverhampton and Dudley Breweries, he joined Barclays in 1999 and trained as an accountant.

After qualifying as a Chartered Management Accountant in 2001, Rob moved to the Private Wealth team undertaking performance and risk analysis of individual client and fund portfolios, and providing input into portfolio construction.

In 2003, Rob joined Barclays Corporate Development team, focusing on corporate finance in the UK. He participated in several transactions and origination projects covering asset and sales finance, insurance, retail and commercial banking, private equity funds, business process outsourcing and private banking.

Rob specialises in training accounting and financial analysis, company valuation and financial modelling.
