 Client Skills Training 

We use the term Client Skills to cover any interpersonal training related to clients including client meeting skills, sales skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills. 

 

BG Client Skills trainers all have experience of working as client facing bankers and they combine a mix of disciplines including: M&A, ECM, Equity Sales, DCM, Fixed Income Sales, Lending and Corporate Banking.

The team combines years of banking, technical training and interpersonal skills training experience and all are accredited in psychometric tools such as Lumina Spark. Our learning solutions are bespoke and blended including role plays which blend technical and interpersonal skills.  Workshops are delivered to seasoned audiences and can address issues of understanding clients, product suitability and conduct risk.
