This is the Data Protection and Privacy Policy of BG Consulting Group Ltd. In this document, "we", "our", or "us" refer to BG Consulting Group Ltd.

 

We are company number 4446421 registered in England and Wales.

 

Our registered office is at Unit D, Molasses House, Clove Hitch Quay, Plantation Wharf, Battersea, London SW11 3TN.

 

This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Security Policy.

 

Introduction

4.Information we process because we have a legal obligation

  1. You have the right “to be forgotten” and to have your personal data deleted depending on the reasons we are processing your information. We may continue to hold a minimum amount of information on an erasure list so that your request is respected in future.

 

  1. In certain circumstances you may have the right to data portability. Your request will be dealt with within one calendar month of receipt and will be processed free of charge. Where we are able we will, at your request, transmit the data directly to another business.

You may object verbally or in writing and we will respond to this within one calendar month except where the object relates to processing undertaken for the purposes of direct marketing. In this case we will stop processing your information immediately. We may continue to hold your details on a suppression list so that we do not use them in future.
